External-Locking Venting Explosion-Proof Valve

The external-lock breathable explosion-proof valve is designed with the valve body inserted into the mounting hole from the outside of the PACK housing and secured by an external locking nut or quick-clip mechanism, with the sealing ring compressed against the outer wall of the housing to achieve sealing. The significant advantage of this installation method is that when replacing or maintaining the valve, there is no need to open the PACK top cover or disassemble internal structures. The old valve can be directly removed and a new one installed from the outside, greatly reducing on-site maintenance time and minimizing the risk of accidental damage to internal cells and electrical connections during operation. The valve performance equally meets requirements for waterproof breathability and directional explosion protection, and the external locking structure allows for easy visual inspection of the locking status. This valve is particularly suitable for commercial and industrial energy storage scenarios where maintenance is frequent and the PACK interior should not be readily opened, as well as high-reliability projects requiring periodic inspection or valve replacement.
