Description
The screw-type breathable explosion-proof valve features a metric or imperial standard external thread design that mates with the pre-tapped hole on the PACK housing. Sealing against water and dust is achieved through a sealing washer or thread sealant. Installation is completed simply by tightening with a wrench to the specified torque, requiring no additional fasteners, which ensures high production efficiency and is suitable for mass manufacturing. The valve body is equally equipped with a waterproof breathable membrane and an explosion-proof bursting disc, providing breathability with IP67/IP68 ingress protection ratings and directional explosion relief with millisecond-level response. Due to its mature structure, economical cost, and full range of specifications (e.g., M12, M16, G1/2, etc.), this valve type can accommodate various needs from small residential energy storage to large commercial and industrial PACKs, making it the most widely adopted PACK explosion-proof valve solution currently available.
