Electrically Controlled Locking Vent Valve

The electrically controlled locking exhaust valve features a dual-design concept of “mechanical active pressure relief + electrically controlled mandatory intervention.” Under normal conditions, the valve automatically opens and closes according to the set pressure, just like a mechanical exhaust valve. Meanwhile, the integrated electromagnetic locking device receives external control signals (e.g., from the BMS or fire protection system) to forcibly open the valve for pre-emptive pressure relief in emergency situations (such as fire warnings or system commands), or to forcibly lock the valve closed during maintenance mode to prevent inadvertent actuation. This valve also supports a fail-safe retention function, ensuring mechanical exhaust capability is maintained even during power loss. Its greatest advantage lies in the integration of passive safety and active control, making it especially suitable for intelligent energy storage systems that are closely integrated with fire-fighting linkage and remote operation and maintenance.
