Description
The fully automatic exhaust valve adopts an active control strategy, incorporating a high-precision pressure sensing element and a microprocessor-based control module. The system continuously collects cabinet pressure data and dynamically adjusts the valve opening according to preset pressure-time curves. Under normal operating conditions, the valve remains slightly open or operates intermittently to balance the breathing effect. In the event of abnormal overpressure, it can fully open rapidly for high-flow relief. This valve also features self-diagnostic capabilities, uploading valve status, actuation counts, and fault alarms to the BMS or EMS system, supporting remote monitoring and predictive maintenance. It is ideal for large-scale commercial and industrial energy storage power stations, particularly projects with high requirements for pressure control accuracy and intelligent management.
